  • Martyn Hill BSc MRICS


    Martyn is an experienced senior manager with an established record of project management, process mapping, institutional change, defining business, procurement, property and construction strategies within a commercial and public sector environment. Preparation of business cases are a continuing theme throughout his career. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor Martyn has strong project management and team leading skills.

    Martyn has strong commercial competencies within a strong base of practical experience across client sectors. Martyn has developed practical working experience in Project Partnering (including drafting Partnering Agreements), Risk Management (including workshop lead), Value Management/Engineering (including acting as co-ordinator) project programming and expert on contractual and ex-contractual claims.

    His experience in construction means he focuses on delivering practicable and workable procurement/deal solutions.

  • Philip Chubb

    Managing Consultant

    Phil is a successful and committed Healthcare Executive and Management Consultant, able to draw on substantial experience gained in senior management roles in the NHS, the commercial sector, and other public and third sector bodies.

    He has substantial NHS senior management experience, including roles as Chief Executive of a major NHS Teaching Trust and two large Health Authorities. Phil also has considerable Director level experience in the Commercial sector, specialising in healthcare and public sector Consultancy and IT services.

    He has particular strengths inBusiness Case development, Business Strategy, Business Development and Organisational Transformation.

He is an effective Team Player who can operative in either a strategic or operational environment.

    Lesley has extensive operational, commercial and strategic estate management experience across a diverse range of estate management portfolios within both the public and private sectors. Working predominantlywithintheHealthSectorforthemajorityofhercareer,she has been responsible for the operational and strategic management of a number of NHS estate portfolios and the production of several estate strategies.

    One area of specialismis the assessmentoftheutilisationoftheNHSestatetoidentifythepotentialto appropriately optimise space and enhance environments for improved patient, visitor and staff experience, aligning this, where possible, with the introduction of complimentary developments to financially support the organisation’s corebusiness.

He has a unique blend of skills across the full range of activities from overall strategy formulation to real experience of hands on delivery across a broad range of financial and general management functions including finance, strategic and operational planning, operational management, turnaround, procurement, programme/project management, estates, ICT, contracting, performance management, marketing and estates.#

    Mark Kingston is a doctor of over 35 years’ standing. He has wide experience as a GP, medical director and management consultant that give him unique insights into the design, delivery and management of health services. He has been Medical Director of both provider and commissioner organisations, provided consultancy services across the full range of NHS services and led an innovative GP practice in Swindon for the homeless and hard to reach groups.

    Mike Achillea is a versatile, creative and commercially focused chartered accountant. He is a highly experienced in the private and public healthcare sectors where he has developed strong operational, project/programme and strategic experience. He has recent big 4 experience having delivered a number of healthcare projects in Corporate Finance and Business Recovery Services. Mike’s recent engagements include business case preparation, financial modelling, STP modelling, corporate funding, private patient reviews, business recovery support, contract management, commercial assurance and a range of other engagements.

    Mike has substantial experience dealing with senior Board members (Chief Execs, Finance Directors. Chief Operating Officers, Turnaround Directors, etc.) but is also able to connect with members of staff at all levels.

    Mike has strong negotiation and influential skills and has an impressive retention rate at clients for whom he has achieved impressive returns and who often extend and expand assignments accordingly’
